We apologize for the confusion. All of the rewards are generated at random and aren’t guaranteed, and rewards can't be exchanged for a different reward. Also, we only allow one code or receipt redeemed per fan, per calendar day, but you can attempt to redeem the additional code any day before 1/31/2026 as long as it has been more than 30 days since the purchase date.
