Oh no! We’re sorry that your link hasn’t come through.
If you haven’t received a link to participate it could be because of one of the following reasons:
1. You may have received a "message request" containing the link, and all you ned to do is accept the message request. If you choose to follow the brand you won't need to approve the message with the participation link in the future.
2. Also, it might be that the link to participate is in the Brand's bio as opposed to sending a link in DM.
3. Make sure to double check that the CTA (hashtags) are spelled out correctly. If they aren't, then delete your initial comment and comment the correct hashtags.
4. If the hashtags are correct, and there’s media attached to your comment, try deleting the comment and commenting the CTA again without any attached media.
5. Sometimes there’s a lot more demand during our promos that could cause a slight delay in receiving a link. If you’ve waited more than a few minutes for a reply, please reach out to the Fan Experience team for further assistance.
